To set this up yourself, I have some directions & samples listed below.  You'll need info similar to the domain registration plus a few other pieces and access either to your domain provider (like GoDaddy) or the back end of your website so you can apply some code.  

Your business email - YourName@YourDomain.com.

G Suite Business email - Is only $5/month, we've shopped around folks and we really like this one the best, very user friendly and way easier than some of the GoDaddy business emails.   If you needed a separate account, for another team member perhaps that would require their own login, it would be an additional $5/month (for each "user").  This one “user” covers one person & for your business, it is so much more professional than having folks contact you through a @Yahoo, @Gmail or @Comcast.net account....


We can set it up for you!

G Suite Set Up - If we set this up for you, the 1st 14 days are always free, then they will require a credit card for their yearly fees.  We charge $45 to set up the first user and $35 for each additional user.  This is our one time fee, then you will be invoiced yearly, directly through Google Apps.   When we set it up, we include the signature line and add any logo and/or social media links to your email footer.  It looks fantastic, fully functional and you don't have to worry about a thing.  It's all done for you.


 

If your more of a DIY kind of person:

Verify your domain and set up email:

Before you can use G Suite with domain YourDomain.com, they need to contact your domain host to verify that you own it. Doing this helps ensure that no one can pose as you on G Suite and send email from your domain. Learn more

After your domain is verified, you can set up G Suite email for your users on YourDomain.com. This will automatically re-route your emails to G Suite. Learn more

(Sample) "We have detected that YourDomain.com is hosted at GoDaddy.com. If you're having trouble, try to verify your domain here".

Note: Before you route email to G Suite, make sure that you create a user on G Suite for each person receiving mail at YourDomain.com


Verifying by adding a Meta Tag
(using website verification)

Use this method if you can edit YourDomain.com's Homepage HTML. You'll add a meta tag containing a verification code to your website. This won't affect your website or email.  If you don't have access to your homepage HTML, go to verification by Domain Name below.

Copy and paste the meta tag into your home page at YourDomain.com. Place the meta tag in the <head> section and before the <body> section of your homepage.

Go to the control panel for your domain

Create new MX records for G Suite.

Delete existing MX records.

Save the MX records

Control Panel Method
(using Domain verification)

Go to the control panel for your domain

  • Go to the domain name management section for YourDomain.com.
  • This may be called Admin Panel, DNS Management, Account, Configuration, Zone Edit, Domain Management, or Advanced Settings.
  • See  detailed instructions for your domain host.
  • Add a new TXT record to your domain.
  • Save the TXT record and verify.
  • Go to the control panel for your domain
  • Create new MX records for G Suite.
  • Delete existing MX records.
  • Save the MX records
  • VERIFY DOMAIN AND SET UP EMAIL
